23 May 2021 The purchase of all products and hair extensions shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.
RETURN POLICY
1 Customised Hair Extensions These purchases are non refundable or exchanged for any reason.

2 Hair Extensions / Products a If you would like to return your Pure Excellence Hair Extensions or product your must contact us within 7 days from receiving your extensions or product about your intent to return them with a reasonable explanation of why you want to return them. b The hair extensions or products must be sent back to Pure Excellence immediately at your own cost and a 10% handling will be charged on an exchange or deducted on a refund. c Pure Excellence is entitled to inspect the extensions to validate your return. d Exchange or refunds will only be arranged after the extensions or products has been received by Pure Excellence for inspection and validation.
3 Pure Excellence Hair Extensions are a serious hygiene sensitive product therefore please take note of the following: We will not accept the return or exchange of any hair extension that have been worn or damaged in any way. If any permanent colour and/or chemicals has been put on your hair extensions or heat treated in any way your hair exten sions will not qualify for an exchange or refund. The hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition and in an undamaged package as your received them. Any evidence of tampering with the hair extensions or product detected by Pure Excellence will result in a no refund or no exchange. Manufacturing defects must be brought to our attention within 7 days from receiving your hair extensions or product for replacement , Pure Excellence will only replace the hair extensions or product once the original packages are returned to us for inspection and confirmation that the hair extensions are defect by manufacturing and not the result of mistreatment or misuse. Should you wish the exchange your Pure Excellence Hair Extensions for a different colour, you must contact us within 7 days from purchase, immediately return the extensions unopened and untampered with. Replacement will only sent to you once the original package is received by us and inspected. If the replacement is not in stock normal delivery time will be applicable as it will be ordered from the factory.
4 Own Risk Colouring/Dyeing and/or cutting your hair extension are entirely done at your own risk and Pure Excellence will not be held responsible for any unsatisfying result thereof. Pure Excellence will not refund or exchange hair extensions that have been altered in any way. Rather make sure to choose the correct colour.
5 Warranty The purchaser acknowledges that no warranty or condition, express or implied, is given by Pure Excellence as to the condition of the goods or as to the suitability or fitness of the goods purchased. Pure Excellence shall not be liable for any claims, losses, including but not limited to claims for negligent of misleading advice, damages arising from loss, faulty design, use of installation of the goods or howsoever arising and any indirect special or consequential damage or injury to any person, corporation or other entity.
